A late fee of $12 for being late for more than 20 minutes
$50 cancelation fee (cancelling/rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment)
Early drop off (more than 20 minutes) & late pick-up (over 20 minutes) subject to $12 pet sitting fee
Extreme mat removal and uncooperative behaviour subject to additional charges
We offer complementary touch-ups only within 24 hours of grooming; any later may be subjected to additional charges
